Period Supply Drive
Mi Hita Co-Sponsored a period supply drive with the Moms of Escondido. For the month of February 2024 we organized a donation drive for feminine hygiene products for students at Orange Glen High School.
The Community was asked to support the cause and donate via this school approved

This was an evolution on new year intention setting.
Under the emerging light of the first full moon in 2024, we experienced a sound bath that allowed us to tap into our inner wise woman.
Following the sound bath we were guided through a prompted reflection which led to setting intention for the year as it pertains to our womanhood and unique female journey.
We harnessed our intention through a custom permanent bracelet of our choosing.
Attendees enjoyed a night of community, of women supporting women, and space for themselves.

Show up in warm and comfortable clothing, we will be embracing the moonlight outside, so feel free to bring anything that makes you cozy (blankets and outdoor heaters will be present). We will have small bites and sips.
Mama Wellness Mini Retreat
A Mi Hita and NRGY Wellness Collaboration

Mi Hita and NRGY came together to host a mini wellness retreat designed for all mothers. Moving into the Fall season and the element of metal, it was time to release. We created a safe space for moms to focus on themselves. This mini retreat had stretching, focused breath-work, reflection, moments to reconnect internally, and opportunity to build connections with other San Diego Moms.

Participants joined us at a private and tranquil residence in the hidden gem of Escondido, CA.
The only thing they needed to do was show up in comfy + stretchy clothing. We took care of the rest. We had small bites, sips, great take home goodies, and a whole lot of intentional support to guide participants through time and space!
