Menarche
Mi Hita offers first period celebratory experiences! Gather with family, friends and community to honor and celebrate this chapter of an emerging young woman!
Also offered:
Cycle 101: Workshops, classes, and tailored instruction on the female cycle with a special focus on girls in grades 7-12th grade. This is not a basic sex ed but rather an in depth discovery of gaining knowledge about the phases women cycle through each month: menstruation, follicular, ovulation, luteal. Additional topics woven through out include things like hygiene, relationships, and birth control options. Kicking off the start of female journey with a new tradition.
Womanhood
Mi Hita offers workshops, trainings, gatherings, and retreats to honor and celebrate the different milestones in a woman’s life.
Mi Hita is collective of experts, providers, knowledge sharers, and wisdom keepers.
Also offered:
Cycle 101: Tailored instruction on the female cycle for women 18+. Whether a woman one day hopes to have children or never wants children, women need to understand their fertility and apply this wisdom to daily life.
Photography: Capturing all the important milestones in a woman’s life. Let Mi Hita know what you want captured.
Mi Hita is carving out space for new traditions in womanhood.
Motherhood
Mi Hita offers workshops, trainings, gatherings, retreats, and support circles for every stage of motherhood (From preconception, prenatal, postpartum, through daily life) .

Doula Services: prenatal to postpartum, virtual and in person doula services.
Photography: maternity photography, birth photography, newborn and family photography.
